The Springs Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use apply to participation and access to the The Springs Rewards program, which is operated by The Springs Cinema & Taphouse. The Springs Cinema & Taphouse reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards structure at any time without any liability to members. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting revisions to springscinema.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

Continued access to or participation in Springs Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and such changes or modifications. This includes your willingness to receive newsletters or occasional communications from The Springs.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or no longer want to receive any communications, you must stop accessing and participating in Springs Rewards. Springs Rewards members are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and disclose guest information.

Springs Rewards is only intended for personal use for individuals aged 13 and older. If you are between the ages of 13 - 18, you may access and participate only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

About Springs Rewards Points:

Springs Rewards points have no cash value. Members receive 5 points for every dollar they spend on tickets and concessions at The Springs Cinema & Taphouse. To receive Springs Reward points, you MUST scan in using The Springs app on your phone with the cashier when purchasing items at the concession counter. Points can also be earned when purchasing tickets on springscinemas.com by logging into your account to make your purchase. Springs Rewards points can be checked online in our member portal (and link to that page) or at The Springs Cinema & Taphouse.

Redeeming Springs Rewards Points:

To redeem points, you must be logged in to springscinema.com or your Springs app and scan your digital Springs Rewards card . Points can only be redeemed if you have enough points to cover the entire sales amount.

Limitations:

• Springs Rewards is open to anyone aged 13 or older

• Only one (1) Springs Rewards card/account can be issued per email address

• Only one (1) Springs Rewards card can be redeemed per transaction

• Points can not be split between multiple accounts and can only be used by the person scanning in with their app

• Points cannot be earned through third-party ticket sites like Fandango

• Points can not be added after the transaction is completed

• Springs Rewards points will expire after 12 months of non-use of the card

• Gift Cards can not be purchased with Springs Rewards points

• Discounted rentals or groups may not receive points for their transactions

• Points are only earned when cash or a credit card is tendered. Points are not earned for admissions obtained by redeeming complimentary passes

• Springs Rewards points cannot be used to purchase alcohol

• The Springs Cinema & Taphouse reserves the right to cancel points for any reason

Canceling Your Membership:

Springs Rewards members have the right to end their membership at any time. If you would like to be removed from the program, please email your name and card number to info@springscinema.com.
